Single beam overhead crane consists of the main beam, end beam, electric hoist, travelling mechanism, hand controller, and electrical control system. The electric hoist moves horizontally on the rail fitted under the beam. This type of crane features a lightweight structure, making it easy to install and maintain. It is typically used for manufacturing or maintenance applications where efficiency is critical, such as plants, warehouses, or material stocks.
The beam utilizes a non-welding design for a more reasonable and reliable structure. Operation can be handled via cabin, radio controller, or hand controller. The travelling motor is available as a standard motor or soft start configuration.
